This article is the result of a Community Service activity that aims to improve product marketing skills with English advertising media for class X students majoring in marketing at SMK Palapa Bandar Lampung. This activity was carried out on November 15, 2023, which was attended by 15 participants. This activity was carried out using lecture and practice methods. A total of two materials were presented in this activity, (1) marketing concepts (2) Use of English in Product Ads, and ended with the practice of making English Ads. Overall, the participants showed high interest, listened well, and were cooperative.

This training activity was held to see the need to improve teachers' skills in managing the classroom during learning. This skill is very necessary considering that one of the factors that influences the achievement of learning objectives in the classroom is classroom management skills. This service was held at SDN 3 Dadapan, Sumberejo District, Tanggamus Regency. During the service process, the service participants, namely teachers at SDN 3 Dadapan, were very enthusiastic. Participants feel equipped with increasingly new knowledge regarding classroom management. The result of this service is that teachers experience increasingly varied classroom management so that learning can be carried out by presenting innovative things related to the use of learning models and methods, how to evaluate learning, and skills in deciding solutions to classroom problems found in students.

Teachers must learn digital literacy in the modern era, especially in creating learning media. To improve elementary school teachers' digital skills and literacy, training activities using Canva are carried out in two phases, namely training and post-training. training steps, including instructions for creating digital learning media using Canva. The second stage, known as evaluation, consists of providing a questionnaire after training and applying the learning media in learning. Training results showed that 75% of teachers were positive about using Canva to create digital learning media and 75% thought that it was easy to use and increased students' desire to learn. Based on training experience, it can be concluded that Canva training can help teachers become more proficient in using digital technology and can add various types of learning media to make students motivated to learn. Canva training has an impact on learning in that teachers can find more creative ways to create more effective learning media, and learning becomes more creative and without seeing, there are changes in learning that can only be better and more encouraging.

In the 2013 Vocational School curriculum for the Online Business and Marketing Department, there are several new subjects as a form of adjustment to the dynamic needs of the Business and Industrial Worlds as well as following developments in science and technology. Seeing the development of business using the internet encourages students majoring in Online Business and Marketing not only to study offline marketing but also to study online marketing, online marketing or E-Marketing. When conducting observations on students majoring in Business and Marketing at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Bandar Lampung, it was felt that it was necessary to provide socialization training to students, especially those majoring in Business and Marketing, by providing online business knowledge and skills using persuasive language. This training will be held on Monday 23 October 2023 and will be attended by students majoring in Online Business and Marketing at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Bandar Lampung with techniques for providing knowledge, questions and answers and practice in applying persuasive language in the online businesses they create.

Internet facilities support entrepreneurs to make online sales. So an electronic sales information system was formed to obtain sales information that could increase sales productivity. The target of implementing this service activity is the Bangun Sari Village Youth Organization, Kec. Bekri, Central Lampung Regency. This service activity was carried out on Saturday 21 October 2023 and took place at the Bangun Sari village office, Kec. Bekri, Central Lampung Regency with the number of participants being 40 people. As a result of the evaluation, the results and benefits of this service activity were obtained, including increased knowledge and benefits of IT in entrepreneurship for the young people of Bangun Sari village.

Therefore, this community service aims to provide training to Cinde printing employees to make digital invitations using English. This activity was carried out on October 23, 2023 at the Cinde printing shop from ten o'clock until the end. This activity was attended by five people. This activity is expected to provide knowledge to Cinde employees and increase employee productivity.

This time the PKM raised the theme: Socialization of the application of character education for teachers in teaching students at SD Negeri 2 Nambahrejo, Central Lampung as an effort to help teachers instill character education in students in elementary schools. The goal to be achieved from this socialization is that this socialization can then be applied by teachers to instill character education in students so that they can form good student characters where students are able to make decisions about what is good and bad for themselves in everyday life.

This community service activity was carried out at SMA Perintis 1 Bandar Lampung at Jl. Cut Nyak Dien Gg. Duane No. 4, Palapa, Kec. Tj. Karang Pusat, Bandar Lampung City, Lampung 35119. Improving students' reading skills is not an easy thing. However, efforts to improve their reading skills can be done in various ways, one of which is by improving their reading skills. The problem is that students have poor reading skills, which results in poor understanding of reading. This shows that teachers have limitations in achieving learning goals, especially those related to reading activities. Therefore, the problem was solved by providing information about reading comprehension learning strategies. Training to improve reading comprehension skills as an effort to improve the pedagogical competence of Indonesian Language teachers, and the results of the training show success in understanding in terms of teacher responses and evaluation results.

There are six indicators for the birth of a Pancasila student, namely faith and devotion to God Almighty and noble character, global diversity, mutual cooperation, independence, critical reasoning and creativity. This goal can be realized through project-based learning (Project Based Learning). Student activities in project-based learning trigger independence, collaboration and creativity. In this regard, there is a need for good knowledge from teachers in growing the profile of Pancasila students according to the mandate of the independent curriculum, one of which is through Project Based Learning. In this regard, the aim of holding this training is to increase the knowledge of Baitul Jannah IT Middle School teachers regarding the use of Project Based Learning to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students. This activity will take place in October 2023. The activity method is in the form of direct training provided by the service team, as a form of collaboration between STKIP PGRI Bandar Lampung and SMP IT Baitul Jannah Bandar Lampung. From the activities carried out, results were obtained in the form of an increase in teacher competence regarding the use of Project Based Learning as well as a stronger profile of Pancasila students at SMP IT Baitul Jannah Bandar Lampung.

This activity aims to provide knowledge and experience regarding 1) the steps for writing poetry, 2) increasing students' creativity in writing poetry, and 3) motivating students in writing poetry using image media in class XI of SMK Negeri 6 Bandar Lampung. The target audience for this service activity is 20 class XI students at SMK Negeri 6 Bandar Lampung. This training is carried out using lecture and exercise/practice methods. The lecture method is used to provide an explanation of the nature of poetry and writing poetry. The training/practice method is used to determine students' ability to write poetry by observing the image media displayed. The students' curiosity, support from the principal, deputy principal, and accompanying teachers at SMK Negeri 6 Bandar Lampung for the implementation of this activity were very high. Understanding political culture is important for beginner voters who predominantly sit in class XII of high school or equivalent because it will equip students to use their political aspirations in implementing democratic general elections in Indonesia. Understanding political culture for novice voters is also an effort to regenerate democratic life in Indonesia. Realizing the importance of understanding political culture for novice voters, this outreach activity was carried out. The aim is to reduce the risk of abstention and the practice of money politics among novice voters, to encourage the implementation of good democracy and to prevent the politicization of ethnicity and religion (SARA). This service activity uses a socialization method that actively involves students in discussions, questions and answers, and case studies. The result of this service activity is an increase in the understanding of political culture of class. This is evidenced by the increase in the pre-test and post-test scores of 23%.

The service activities were participated in by SD Negeri 5 Talang teachers as well as the TEAM implementing community service. These service activities were carried out using discussion methods, psychoeducation, and direct assistance to SD Negeri 5 Talang teachers. The results of this activity show that 1. The service activity was attended by 35 class XII students of SMK PGRI 2 Bandar Lampung and the Community Service Implementation Team. This service activity was carried out using discussion methods, psychoeducation, and direct mentoring to 35 students. The result of this activity is the implementation of efforts to improve students' interpersonal skills in understanding good interpersonal communication, students can understand themselves and understand how to behave in communicating with peers and with others. And students gain experience and knowledge in improving interpersonal skills for job readiness.

Competition for Vocational High School (SMK) graduates to get jobs is increasingly fierce, because the increase in the number of graduates is not commensurate with the growth in job opportunities that match their skills. Therefore, having additional abilities and skills will certainly be a plus for prospective workers. These skills are the ability to use a foreign language, in this case English, namely English Business. Based on this problem, a Workshop on the Implementation of Advanced English Business (Promotion Product) in Facing the World of Work was held for Vocational School Students in Natar, South Lampung in 2023. This Community Service was specifically aimed at final grade Vocational School students in Natar sub-district which took place in Yadika Natar Vocational School in October 2023. The PKM activities for the current period are very relevant as a continuation of the previous PKM where they received material about Entrepreneurship in creating a product, an introduction to English Economic terms, English Business about making job applications and CV. And, now it continues with the practice of presenting or promoting in English (Product Promotion).

This community service activity aims to increase teachers' understanding of various Information Technology-based learning media, and improve teachers' skills in making presentation media with Sparkol Videoscribe. By being able to use this software, it is hoped that you can package learning material to make it more effective and attract students' attention. Implementing this community service activity takes approximately six months, which includes initial observations and discussions, media creation, media use training, video documentation production, and final report preparation. Training was given to 25 people consisting of delegates from each class teacher level and several subject teachers. The activity was held on October 28 2023. The method chosen for this activity was lectures with material presentation techniques, discussions and media creation practices by participants. From this community service activity, it can be concluded that the knowledge and understanding of SD Negeri 4 Kota Karang teachers in designing Sparkol VideoScribe media has increased and participants have given positive assessments in the implementation of the training.

One effort to improve this is by holding strategy training to strengthen numeracy literacy and adapt technology at UPT SMP Negeri 34 Bandar Lampung. This service activity aims to increase the ability of teachers at SMP Negeri 34 Bandar Lampung in strategies for strengthening numeracy literacy and adapting technology creatively and innovatively. The service activity was was attended by 25 participants using the training method. The results of the training showed that this activity was able to increase the competency of the activity participants (Teachers at SMP Negeri 34 Bandar Lampung) in strategies to strengthen numeracy literacy and adapt technology.

This community service activity aims to improve the English writing skills of students who are the members of the Indonesian Student Association (PPI) in Lucknow, India, especially related to writing for business communication. The implementation of this community service program (PkM) is carried out in the form of training in writing business communication papers in English for the members of PPI Lucknow, India. This training was held on Thursday, 16 November 2023 which was attended by 10 participantsThis training was carried out using lecture, discussion, and question and answer (Q&A) methods. In this activity, three materials were presented online, including 1) theory of writing in general, 2) strategies and techniques for writing for business communication papers in English, 3) practicing the application of strategies and techniques for writing for business communication papers in English. The participants in this training workshop have actively and enthusiastically participated in this activity, so that the training process can run conducively and successfully. As an outcome of this training, PPI Lucknow members are expected to be able to apply the knowledge and skills gained during this PkM activity to produce quality business communication papers.
